Why am i writing this? Well, when i was thinking about buying Cheat Your Way Thin, there weren’t many honest reviews around so i’d thought of writing one quickly to help any of you that are in a position that i was in back then. So let’s get started with my very own unofficial Cheat Your Way Thin Review.

But be warned that i’ll be going into the good and bad points, so if that’s what you might not want to hear, you may as well leave now. :)

Firstly a short introduction to the program…

As you might know, Cheat Your Way Thin is a program created by Joel Marion who is America’s very own anti-diet expert who has appeared in many magazines like MuscleMag International, Men’s Fitness, Woman’s Day etc.. to name a few. So my first impression is that he know’s what he’s talking about and what he says in his program makes alot of sense after i went through it. Now of course i can’t give out too much information about his program as that would be unfair to him but let’s continue…

Basically what you know is that the program works by letting you Cheat Your Way Thin by eating your favorite foods and that is exactly what the program teaches you. It’s based on what he calls “strategic cheating”

Now to my good points…

I’ve bought the program and with a little discipline, i’ve been able to lose a couple of pounds within the first week of following the instructions. Keep in mind however that there are exercises to follow but i admit, i did not do any exercises on my first week cause i was lazy ;)

Now then, by changing my routine and doing the exercises thought for a week, I can honestly say that I lost almost 5 pounds at it while i was able to eat my favorite pepperoni pizza now and then. Now that is one big plus for me as i’ve always failed in other diets before due to my cravings of that yummy pepperoni pizza…

But wait, here’s a bad point about Cheat Your Way Thin system…

With being able to eat my favorite foods, it’s easy for me to over eat my favorite foods and regain that lost weight i had wanted to lose. So discipline is still a must for Joel’s program and i wished that he had given me an advanced warning lol…

I must say that the pros do however outweigh the cons with Joel’s program but as i said, it’s easy to get sidetracked with being able to eat your favorite foods, moderation is key here and you’ll lose those pounds. I learnt the hard way but i know what the trick is now.

So the conclusion is…

Cheat Your Way Thin comes recommended by me (though i’m no fitness expert but just through my personal expericence) and it is now my favorite way to lose and maintain my body weight and i don’t think that i would look for another program as Joel has got a loyal customer in me.
